Please find the herewith attached excel file of "STUDENT-WISE DATA CAPTURE FORMAT" (OF MHRD) information to be filled for secondary and higher secondary students of all schools.
Accordingly priority should be given firstly to all government schools and send the data on or before 22/08/2016 ,private aided secondly and then other schools as soon as possible to the following email address.
